Hochzeit in Valpolicella – Eine Destination Wedding im Relais La Magioca


Ein mehrtägige Hochzeit in Italien wie man sie sich nur wünschen kann.

Die Hochzeit fand in dem wundschönen Relais La Magioca statt, ein liebevoll restauriertes Anwesen aus dem 17. Jahrhundert, eingebettet in einen weitläufigen Park mit Olivenbäumen und Weinbergen. Die Location verbindet italienischen Charme mit einer unglaublich entspannten Atmosphäre. Besonders schön ist die historische Kapelle auf dem Gelände, sowie die viele Zypressen & Olivenbäume.



Mehrtägige Hochzeit mit Poolparty in Valpolicella, Italien



Das mehrtägige Hochzeitswochenende startete mit einem lockeren Get-Together am Pool des Relais La Magioca.

Eine Poolparty wie diese ist wie ich finde bei einer Destination Wedding ein absolutes MUSS. Die Gäste trudeln ein, viele haben sich ewig nicht gesehen, manche lernen sich erst jetzt kennen – und genau das macht diesen Abend so magisch. Es ist ein ungezwungenes Warmwerden, ein Ankommen im Urlaub, ein „Schön, dass du da bist“, das ganz ohne Zeitplan auskommt.

Für mich als Fotograf ist das einer der ehrlichsten Momente einer Destination Wedding: Lachen beim ersten Wiedersehen, das Zirpen der Zikaden im Hintergrund, ein Glas in der Hand, entspannte Gespräche, Sonnenuntergangs-Stimmung.

Getting Ready



Der Hochzeitstag begann ganz entspannt.

Braut und Bräutigam begannen mit ihrem Getting Ready in der La Magioca, währenddessen waren noch ein paar Gäste im Pool und entspannten bei traumhaften Wetter.

Eine freie Trauung unter Olivenhainen



Es hat schon etwas Besonderes, wenn man den gesamten Hochzeitstag an einem Ort verbringen kann. Nicht nur das Brautpaar sondern auch die Gäste wurden zum Großteil im Relais La Magioca untergebracht. So ging es nach dem Getting Ready also für alle fußläufig über das Gelände zu den Olivenhainen, wo die freie Trauung stattgefunden hat.

Anschließend konnten alle Gäste direkt im Grünen auf das frisch verheiratete Paar anstoßen, ohne zwischen verschiedenen Locations pendeln zu müssen.

Cocktail Hour mit Band & Sunset Shooting



Nach der freien Trauung ging es direkt vor das Hauptgebäude des Relais, wo die Cocktail Hour stattfand. Bei sommerlichen Temperaturen wurde angestoßen, geplaudert und der Nachmittag ganz entspannt genossen. Die historische Fassade des Relais, die italienische Landschaft und die lockere Stimmung haben dabei schon ordentlich für Dolce-Vita-Feeling gesorgt.


Als die Sonne langsam tiefer stand und die Gäste Richtung Dinner gegangen sind, ging es für das Brautpaarshooting in die Umgebung der Location. Das Abendlicht tauchte die Landschaft in warme Goldtöne und verlieh der Szenerie einen fast schon toskanischen Look. Zwischen Zypressen, alten Mauern und der weiten Landschaft der Valpolicella entstanden natürliche und einzigartige Bilder.


Viel mehr braucht es hier eigentlich nicht: eine schöne Location, gutes Licht und ein Paar, das einfach den Moment genießt & sich komplett fallen lassen kann!

Dinner unter freiem Himmel & warum das Relais La Magioca eine echte Empfehlung ist



Zum Abschluss des Tages ging es an eine wunderschön gedeckte Tafel, direkt neben der Kapelle des Anwesens zum Dinner. Die lange Tafel für knapp über 30 Gäste, stimmungsvolle Lichterketten, Feuerschalen, umrahmt von Zypressen und mit Blick in die umliegenden Weinberge sorgten für echtes Dolce-Vita-Gefühl.

Während langsam die Sonne verschwand und die Temperaturen angenehm wurden, genossen alle gemeinsam den Abend – genau so, wie man sich das Dinner auf einer Sommerhochzeit in Italien vorstellt.

Party mit Band & DJ



Den ganzen Tag über begleite die Hochzeit die wahnsinnig gute Coverband "The Jamson Band" aus Südtirol. Nach einem eher entspannten Hintergrund Set bei der Coctail Hour startete die Band gleich nach dem Tortenanschnitt mit einem stimmungsmachenden Party-Set.

Nach kurzer Zeit war die Tanzfläche voll, sodass um Mitternacht DJ Robin bestens übernehmen konnte und im Gewölbekeller noch bis in die Nacht ausgelassen gefeiert werden konnte.


Das Relais La Magioca ist also ein echter Geheimtipp für eine kleinere, intime Destination Wedding.

Rund um Verona trifft italienisches Lebensgefühl auf eine wunderschöne Landschaft. Weinberge, Zypressen, alte Gemäuer und kleine Orte prägen die Region und bieten jede Menge Möglichkeiten für eine Hochzeit mit italienischem Flair. Das Relais La Magioca passt dabei perfekt in diese Umgebung und bietet den idealen Rahmen, um Trauung, Feier und Dinner an einem Ort miteinander zu verbinden.
